Warmorama – Indian run twice around the parking lot loop
The Thang – Went with a set it and forget it for my VQ. 12 reps of the following on repeat:
kettlebell curls, overhead press, rows, goblet squats, triceps extensions, farmers carry across the parking lot to 12 mericans, farmers carry back to 12 lunges & repeat
Drumstick wanted some SSHs and got them at the end. PAX circled up for some SSH’s, crab walks and Michael Phelps
