back at flag circled up for 12 so minutes of deep stretching. Every stretch was 3 seconds into, 5 seconds hold, 3 seconds out, 2xs
partner up : pax A holds punching hand pads while in air chair, pax B jab cross hook 2 uppercuts 2 knees then runs backwards 33 yards to do 15 star jumps. Then he bear crawls back half way then Sprints back.
pax B Carolina dry socks until partner returns. 5 xs then switch
next: partners jog to gazebo, 5 burpees and back. Partners choose any variant of sit ups till 6th returns.
Finally: all pax in straight line right front kick, long hop, right elbow stroke, left front kick, long hop, left elbow, etc. 33 yards and back.
