WARMUP: the usual
THE THANG: I took Q last night because PB was unable to make it. Ice T mentioned in slack that a there was a special guest Q today. During the mosey I heard a someone say “how is this special, he is here all of the time?”. A valid point so we moved on. I was up late preparing the BD as well as the accompanying playlist to complement the exercise. The second song was Eddy Money’s Take me Home Tonight. Although it was second on my list, it is first in my heart. Morning is going great. During my run, someone skips the rest of the song. Do they not have 2 ears and a soul. Try to bring a little culture to the Den, instead I have to deal with anti-Moneyiteism. No worries, next beat down, all Eddy Money, all the time.
