Spelled out Couch Potato with 10 excercises @53 reps each. Due to QIC age. Ran a lap around parking lot between each excercise. Many super motivated Pax did a long lap or carried their coupon for the short lap.
Excercises- lunges, burpees, kettle bell swings, Dri docks, Monkey Humpers, No surrenders, Outlaws, Squats, V- ups, Dips, Big Boys.
Most Pax did not complete the full workout but many came close. Got to the Dips or Big Boy sit ups. If the hard chargers had done a shorter lap as advised by the QIC, the workout would have been completed. Extra running and Overachieving is respected by all PAX members.
