PAX gathered at the Etowah High School gym parking lot, we moseyed briefly to the middle school upper parking lot, and away we went.

THANG 1: Four-man grinder
Breaking up into three groups of four (and one group of five), one of each group did dips under the middle school awning, one did squats in the middle of the parking lot, and one did merkins on the other side. the fourth started with dips, ran and took the place of the squatter, who ran and took the place of the PAX doing merkins, who ran back across to relieve the PAX doing dips, and then so on. We did it for about 7 minutes. And then..
THANG 2: 11 on the stairs
we did a standard 11 with merkins and monkey humpers, but each time you had to go up and down the stairs to get to the next exercise. It was pretty miserable.
THANG 3: A pair of route 66s
We wrapped up the BD with doing route 66s around the parking lot, stopping at each light pole to do increasing merkins until we hit 66, and then doing the same thing again but with squats.
