Thunder Burpees – Pulled out the old Boombox and everyone complained. in fairness, it was WAY too quiet for 20 PAX… So we let Ice T use his modern wireless bluetooth speakers instead. babies…

Deescalation 

Line up on goal line, jog to the 50 and perform 50 LBCs, jog to goal line and perform 1 merkin. Next round is to the 40 with 40 LBCs, back for 1 merkin, continue deescalation by 10s until all thru. the single merkin thing threw everyone for a loop. that was the goal. keep them on their toes.

5x Burpees, Bernie up hill, 5 squats then forward back down

Theater Merkin Elevator

Elevator on amphitheater. 1 merkin at bottom, 2 at first step, go back and add on each round til top. 9 tiers total, so PAX should have completed 164 merkins. oof.

All PAX legs at 6” while one at a time performing 15 Rosalitas
