THE THANG: Utilizing the elevated grass platforms at The Clinic (6 in total), we completed 15 reps of an assigned exercise for each platform.
Platform 1: Merkin
Platform 2: Big Boy SUs
Platform 3: Burpee
Platform 4: Flutter Kicks
Platform 5: Squat
Platform 6: Mountain Climber
After completion of the Platform 6 exercise, group would run around the top of the amphitheater and back down to first platform.
