I had planned to plan my VQ on Sunday, my planning day. My plan fell through and I ended up planning the night before. I had a light sleep that night with ‘…the side straddle hop’ and ‘1,2,3,1,1,2,3,2’ playing in the background of my very much non-REM sleep.
