On my way to the AO, I took a lap around the campus looking for a good hill and I found a great 3 story stairwell that would work perfectly for The Climb.
Reps change each round. For Round 1, the reps are 1,2,3,4, and 5 for each exercise then run up the stairwell and back down. Round 2: 2,4,6,8,10… repeat until round 5: 5,10,15,20,25 with one final climb to finish out.

Duck Duck Bear
We took a very short mosey to the next parking lot over as the spots were conveniently numbered. We duck walked out space 10 for 10 Imperial Squawkers and then bear crawled back to the beginning for 10 Mike Tyson’s, and continued to space 9, 8, etc… with descending reps for each exercise.

COT: Commended the efforts of the PAX for picking up the 6 during the beatdown and took a minute to think on the idea that “We don’t post for ourselves, we post for the man next to us.”
