To keep tradition of the last few weeks at The Perch, we did stairs.

FBCW has a lot of stairs of all configurations and if I missed a step or two, I was then informed to turn back around to tackle “The Step”.

I mixed it up a little to include holding your ruck over head while going up one set of stairs, ruck on front with straps, and ruck on front without straps.

We then had our fulfillment of stairs and

continued around the campus

Good mumble chatter was had by all and we had our endex at The Perch.
