Circled up and warmed up with side-straddle-hops, weed pickers, sun gods and Michael Phelps.
Moseyed over to start of BD where we partnered up. One member would complete the exercise listed while the other ran a .2 mile loop around the parking lot. Once the person was finished running they would switch out and do the same exercise while the other partner completed the loop. Once both had done a set of the exercise they would begin the next exercise on the list.
The exercises were:
Superman merkins ,Plank fonda, Alternating side squats, Copperhead lunges, E2k, Crab humpers, American hammers, Dips, El captain, Turk n’ burps
With time remaining at the end of all the exercises we went down the list with reps counting down from 10 to 1 and completed a 50 yard sprint. Moseyed back and sprinted to the flag with 7 seconds to spare.
