Warmo – Unconventional warmo. We did not circle up – we just began running to the grassy knoll for The Thang and stopped at various light posts and did various exercises which included: burpees, merkins, flutter kicks, big boys, and star jumps. Ice T got the short end of the stick having to carry the speakers whilst running and/or doing exercises.
The Thang 1: BOMBS at the grassy knoll. P1 runs up and down hill. P2 does exercise and then flapjack. Exercises were: Burpees (50), Overhead Claps (100); Merkins (150); Big Boys (200); Squats (250). Gazelles started over and/or picked up the six. The second round of burpees sucked.
The Thang 2: 7 of Diamonds in Liberty Lot, but just got through two rounds: 7 merkins at each corner; 14 leg raises at each corner
We then finished up with 5 minutes of Mary (Ice T’s 30 Mike Tysons were uncalled for)
