WARMUP: We ran around a little and then did some IC stretchy exercises
THE THANG: Since I knew there was not a lot of room to roam at the NLB campus I decided to pull from the archives the very first Q that we did at B0.0MTown. it went a little something like this:
Step 1 grab a cinderblock per group.
Pax #1 starts the B.O.M.B.S. reps at the first cone while pax #2 goes to the far lot to do exercises with the cinder blocks.
Pax #2 then swaps with Pax #1. Moving onto the next exercise after all PAX completed that BOMBS exercise:

if you were lucky enough to finish we start back at the top
