YHC wanted to have our annual pumpkin ruck! I spread the word, had a bunch of Pax show up with their pumpkins and missed Hopper and his pumpkin balloon!

We rucked with our pumpkins, did some pumpkin PT which consisted of overhead press, goblet squats, and curls. Got about 3.5 miles in all together and wrapped up with more PT at the end.

Enjoyed the Ruck and mumble chatter throughout!

Prayed for Foosball and his family as well as the SFN amazing athletes and their chair commanders!
