THE THANG:

11s (Merkins/Squats)
Started at the bottom of the hill and did 1 merkin ran to the top of the hill and did 10 squats. Then 2 merkins and 9 squats and so on until the numbers were flip-flopped.

Dora AMRAP:
I set a timer for five minutes and we did a DORA where the PAX at rest was doing Merkins and the other PAX did a run up and back x2.

Same setup for four minutes but swap merkins for squats; keep the run.

Same setup for three minutes but swap big-boi situps for squats; keep the run.

Run back to the flag.
MARY: Discipline broke down at this moment while @CHEESESTEAK picked up @The Chad and @Lazarus. @Air Bud did a burpee and the rest of us did squats.
