Started,after a light intro/warmorama, with Mile Friday. Challenge against yourself for speed 1 mile ruck. Mouth2Mouth led the pack with just over a 14 min mile. Everyone else followed quickly behind him. Then proceeded to ruck back to the stairs, stopping for some flutters on the way. Half the pax up 3 flights with 20 copperhead squats at the top. The other group up and over the other set of stairs x2. Meet up ruck back to flag, suitcase carry part of the way. Keep rucking til 0615.
