This beatdown started with a warm-up (side straddle hops, weed pickers, imperial walkers, bobby hurleys, and michael phelps).
The workout consisted of PAX sprinting/ running uphill for the length of 3 light posts (~150 M) x 7 rounds,
then walking lunges with calf raises were performed for the same length x 1 round.
While waiting for the 6 to come in, 5 burpee, 10 merkins, and 15 squats were performed on repeat.
We then mosied over to the hill in front of Etowah HS Gym to push a 5-ton Ford Transit van (as a team), up the dadgum hill not once, but 2 times!
Finally, we ended the workout in the circle of trust, and for the last 6 mins of the workout, performed LBCs, Russian Twists, J-LOs, and Planks.
“Second Shot” is the name that was decided for our FNG due to his background in coaching basketball.
