Pick a Card, Build a Workout, Make it Burn
Ran a lap around the theater. On the stage for some Side Straddle Hops, Weed Pickers, Sun Gods, and Michael Phelps.
Pax had to select an exercise sheet and travel card from the decks. The exercise determined the station where it was to be implemented. The travel card determines how group gets to the station. (Example: Exercise card says “Dips qty 20” station is the terrace. To get there the travel card says “Bear Crawl”.) Each station requires 3 sets of the exercise with a 10 count between each set. Pax that drew the card called the cadence.

Travel between stations included Side shuffles, Bear Crawls, Fred Estaires, Running, Duck Walks, and Pulsing Lunges.
We all felt the burn by the 3rd set of each exercise. Great effort by all pax. We left no one behind. Thanks to all creating the work out.

Prayers were lifted by several pax. Coaches wife diagnosed with cancer; Friend coming out of rehab again; Sister needing lifted up; Sarapova’s M; Hard Hitting rehab.
