Rosco P led the warm-o-rama
Rosco led a comfortable sprint around the darkest part of the park. We did the usual catbox warmups, highlighted by weed pickers.
- Frisbee of fun. bear crawl to frisbee, then chose an exercise from the ones listed on the bottom of the disc. rinse and repeat 5 times.
- PAX split into 2 groups. Group 1, 10 pull ups, 20 merkins, 30 squats, lap. Group 2 10 Austrian pull ups, 20 squat jumps, 30 dips, lap. Complete each station twice.
- Ring of Fire. Circle up and hold plank while each of the 20 PAX takes a turn doing 10 merkins, repeat circle with 8 merkins, repeat with 6 merkins, repeat with 4 merkins, repeat 2 merkins
- Catbox speedball
We were also joined by 4 of the lost boys as well.
