YHC planned a thorough BD to ensure the PAX last longer than their usual “Gone in 60 seconds” on their big night

Thang 2 – Welcome to the Love Shack
Pax paired up and did each letter twice (AMRAP) while partner ran the small circle before he roundabout on far side of the school

E – each arm (bent over rows)
S- squats
H-hammers (of the American variety)
A-abs (flutter kicks)
C- chest press
K – KB Swings
* surprisingly little chatter from the PAX about the liberties I took word smithing-Doddy is getting soft in his older age maybe? I know the lawyer in our midst appreciated it

Thang 3 – more stuff
Lunges / Bear crawl with bell / curls with some rifle carry back
