YHC was brewing more than just farts this morning….. we had fartlek’s for breakfast.

1/4 mile commander run (ha)
Fartleks (known as speed play in French) up and down the street using light poles as point of reference.
11’s running between the Motley Crue coupon station we had and up the hill to the round about (Big distance) .
Started with 10 thrusters at bottom, and one derkin at top.
The mileage was plentiful !
