The Q played the son Thunderstruck and we did a burpee every time they said thunder.

While one partner does the exercise, the other partner run up and down the stage for a lap.

After that Dora, we did 10-12 laps of sprints, running back and forth from each sidewalk in front of the amphitheater. Between every sprint, we held a plank for about 15 seconds and rested for 10.
Then we went to the flag for Circle of Trust.
