First: decelerating chins ups from 10 down to 1 intervals while partner does block work amrap. Alternative for chins was burpees. Run in between the blocks and bars.
Second: cumulative reps 50 thrusters, 100 skull crushers (Lexi takes this one very literal) , 150 bbs with a cross jab. Partner B runs to the outhouse for 10 donkey kicks. Narco really showed the power of the junk in his trunk as the outhouse trembled.
Finally the climax of the partnerships:
Crawl bear the width of the field while your partner bear crawls in front of you . Then bring it back across the field with the bear crawler now being the crawl bear.
Mosey to pavilion nestled between playground and goose shit pond. 2 rounds of dips, incline merks, leg raises in cadence led in rotating fashion (there’s one principle for ya) . Some splendid renditions of cadence counts were enjoyed by all.
