Chatterbox Shenenaigans

Bounty Hunter and Predator were not on the list above, so I added them as FNGs.  I am not on the technical side, so I hope that works. It was great to have them out.  They certainly kept us all in line!

It was a nice cold morning, somewhere in the 40’s.  We moseyed from the front parking lot to the back parking lot.  There we did the Warm-o-rama.

Warm-O-Rama

Side Straddle Hops
Windmills
Weed Pickers
Willie Mayes
Hill Billies

Then we did 4×4’s (Start with your hands in the air, then do 4 merkins followed by 4 mountain climbers – 2 count – then jump up).

The Thang

We moseyed over to the tennis courts and did 7 of Diamonds: 7 burpees in the first corner, bear crawl to the second corner, 14 Flutter Kicks – kodiak count – sprint to the next corner, 21 Merkins, bear crawl to the next corner and 28 American Hammers, sprint to the next corner, 21 Carolina Dry Docks, bear crawl to the next corner, 14 Rosalitta’s, sprint to the next corner, 7 Bobby Hurley’s  and then J Lo on the 6.

Then we moseyed back up to the tables where we did 20 dips on the benches, followed by 20 LBCs, rest.
Then we did 30 dips followed by 30 gas pushers.
Then we did 20 dips followed by 20 Hello Dolly’s.

Then we moseyed over to pick up the coupons on the other side of the field over by where the pull up bars are located.  We carried the coupons to the back of the bathrooms and there we started our next circuit of exercises.  We broke up into two groups due to the limited number of coupons.  One group ran around the track first while the other did the exercises below.

10 Shoulder taps (balls to the wall style) or regular if needed
20 Overhead Presses with coupon
30 Triceps Extensions with coupon
40 Curls with coupon
Take a lap

Rinse and repeat 3 times.

Finally, we moseyed to the flag where we did a few minutes of Mary.  Lexi lead us in the Jack Lalane and everyone had fun with that, hence the poses in the pictures.

Musing from NesQuik

This time of year can be challenging for many because of various reasons.  Loneliness can be there for Pax, even if they are surrounded by friends or coming to beat downs.  Guys don’t always like to talk about how they are feeling and sometimes they need someone to reach out to them to just check in.  My challenge for December is for everyone to find someone to reach out to and touch base so that they know they are not forgotten.
