THE THANG:
In honor of the Braves winning the division and historic season we did the following segments:

Steals = Light posts
To commemorate Ronald’s pursuit of 40/40 club = 4Merkins + 4plank jacks at each

Grapes of Wrath Hill = Towering Matt Olsen HRs
5 toes to fence / 1 burpee x 3 to commemorate the 51 HRs he has hit

Rounding the Bases = 4 Corners with escalators
First time rounding the bases PAX answered 4 trivia questions (1 at each base) and picked an exercise:
-we did 3 Mike Tyson’s at 1st
-then repeated at 2nd and added 3 Squats
-repeated those and added 3 merkins at 3rd
– repeated those and added 3 star jumps at home plate (the flag)

Rinse repeat — DigEm should have picked something other than Mike Tyson’s since we did those every time

Then we mixed it up and did half pax run one direction, partner run the other and do 2 partner burpees every time the crossed.

Got about 3 Garmin miles in. Good times.
