WARMUP: Short mosey, SSH’s, Weed Pickers, Mountain Man Poopers
THE THANG: Split into 2 teams. Each team had to locate 6 points located somewhere within the park. Complete an exercise as a team at each location and return to the start X. 1st team to retrieve all 6 cones wins. Red Team was victorious.
2nd comp each team lined up facing the other team. Q called out MAPS qty 10 (Merkins, Air Presses, Plank Jacks, & Squats). Pax #1 ran for a sled with 2 sandbags. Began to pull said sled to opposite side of the field. Each time exercise change the next pax in line swapped out to pull the sled. Once all pax had completed a turn, work continued until the sled was pulled all the way back to the start x. Victory for Red Team again!!
MARY: Bloodhound lead us in what seemed as a never ending run of Leonidas Burpees. Misty revolted and went rogue. Tried to shift to his “go to” of Crunchy Frogs. Bloodhound being Bloodhound stood his ground and we continued Leonidas Burpees. Q had to step in and get control of the situation. Westside then called the fastest Monkey Humpers in F3C history. Finished with Pitchfork calling Flutter Kicks
