We made a grand tour around The Armory and recounted BDs of the past year.

1st – We relived Slow Burns awful 285 workout where we did burpees and merkins until we hated him.

• 5 Burpees every 10 Yards

2nd – We ventured to the shady drug dealing parking lot where we relieved a Lt. Dan BD.

• 5 Merkins, 10 Donkey Kicks, and 15 squats – 4 Rounds

3rd – We ran to the bottom of the long hill and recalled a Z93 BD with Big Boys and Bonnie Blares

• Bonnie Blare at bottom & Big Boys up top

4th – The Pax journeyed over to the bottom of the steep “Good” Hill. We combined 2 miserable BDs from Pitchfork & The Count

• Bernie Sanders up the hill and Inch worm back down the hill

5th – Mosey back to the flag and did monkey humpers on behalf of our founder Foosball.
