Slowest member of the region has to plan strategically. QIC likes to tour, but running… well… not his thing. Quick loop around the bus lot for warm up mozy (called hillbillies but did IW… brain fog), circle up for the usual, and count off (remember who sounded off before you). Comms to PAX regarding how things go when the QIC trails as the 6. “Go till the called out corner, pole, etc. and rotate in count off order who leads chosen exercise 10x. Down the bus lane drive, down Bells Ferry toward 19th hole gas station we head stopping at every 50-75 yards or so. Head back up Liberty drive where QIC has placed 3 exercise cards, and 1 transition card on the corners of the outer loop of the parking lot. PAX basically stays together, and continues to rotate who calls the exercises, 10x each exercise (so 30 per corner). Exercises are the usual… merkins, squats, lbcs… hillbillies, burpees, imperial walkers… other exercises on each on each corner with transitions being backpeddle, high knees, lunge, sprint. Sprints were fun on the top stretch, and guys pushed it. Second lap we increased the reps to 12, and did a couple 21’s with 5 burpee penalty on the 1st (thanks T). Finally time is drawing near, so head back up toward freedom, with call for hold and sprint at top lot final stretch. Plan worked out good, PAX seemed cardioed, and QIC survived. Great to be out with these HIMs.
