WARMUP: Started with a brisk mosey. Was nice to know that the south side PAX were just a quick with the jokes as my brothers up in the Mace are. Apparently my shirt is too small and I need to buy better fitting clothes. I blame MudGear and their small sizes.

We circled up for some SSHs, Weed Pickers, Windmills and Michael Phelps. The jokes continued but I’m incapable of counting, listening and returning fire at the same time. And since no one was really counting off the reps, I think we ended up doing like 100 SSHs… The Triad needs to work on its “In Cadence”.

THE THANG: Escalator of Death
Starting at the bottom of the hill, each PAX would Bear Crawl up 5 parking spots and do BOMBS (5 reps to start). They’d continue up the hill alternating between the Bear Crawls and Lunges stopping at every 5th parking spot to do the exercises which consisted of Burpees, Overhead Air-chair Presses, Merkins, Big Boys, and Squats. This was done until they reached the top of the hill where they’d then take a lap around a building and back down the hill to the start ex for round 2. The BOMBS escalated up to 10 reps on the 2nd round. Finish that round and lap and escalate to 15 reps on the 3rd round.

For those who brought gloves, the Bear Crawls were painless, for those who didn’t, welp… All I can say is always be prepared boys. Accept Bronco, he “doesn’t do Bear Crawls”…

I enjoyed the Mumble chatter with Garfield, who graced me with a manly view up his shorts since he jumped out ahead quickly. I must have explained my name change 4 or 5 times and still there were PAX that had no clue who I was. All they knew was I was an a-hole for dreaming up this Q.

MARY: We wrapped up the 3rd round and did some Flutter Kicks followed by LBCs
