Part 1.

Sprint across the parking lot – 20 flutter kicks 4 count – mosey back and plank on the 6.

Bernie Sanders across the parking lot – 20 BBSU – mosey back and plank on the 6.

Bear Crawl across the parking lot – 20 Monkey Humpers 4 count – mosey back and plank on the 6.

Karaoke across the parking lot left foot first – 20 J-Lo’s – mosey back and plank on the 6.

Karaoke across the parking lot right foot first – 20 should taps – mosey back and plank on the 6.

Part 2.

Chase the Rabbit.  Stations were deconstructed Burpees: Merkins, Squats, Star Jumps.  Rabbit runs to the first station and starts while the PAX do 15 to 20 SSHs.  PAX don’t chase till all are done with their reps.  At each station the PAX do the number of reps of that exercise the Rabbit completed while he heads to the next stations.  Did 5 rounds or so.

Part 3.

WHEN ANIMALS ATTACK.  Unlike Chase the Rabbit, this is in the Exicon.  Its just Bear Crawl tag.  Small area coned off.  One PAX starts at one side with everyone else on the other side.  All in Bear Crawl form.  The single PAX chases the others and first one to get tagged takes his place.  Rinse and repeat.
