Surprisingly high mileage Chancellor Q, perhaps. Raining profusely, we started with flutter kicks and hand release merkins. Then snagged some coupons and broke into a DORA with 100 overhead presses, 200 rows, and 300 curls. Then we replaced coupons and did some sprints / recovery runs around the ~.25 mile main parking lot. Everyone got stronger, and everyone left soaking wet. Good times.
