Been a little while since YHC Q’ed the clinic, so I wanted to get a few kotters back. We sent a few invites out and we got Babe and Twerk. Babe, still can’t believe a man with your beard game doesn’t like to come out in the cold! Twerk, I hate the injuries, but man it was good to see you in the gloom!
I promised an 0.almost 0 and I think we can count it. My trusty garmin clocked .44 miles (E-Tool got .36). Mosey around the back of the stage onto the stage. Start with a high plank hold in 10 slow merkins back to the high plank hold. In honor of Subzero’s 63rd birthday we completed 63 side straddle hops. They sucked…all of them…Subzero keep those bdays coming!
The thang was 4 stations around the grass in front of the stage. We split into 4 groups and each team did the circle three times. 1 station, 20 merkins, 20 mike tysons, 20 Alabama dry docks. 2 station 20 flutter kicks, 20 rosa litas, 20 Alabama prom dates. 3 station 20 squats, 20 star jumps, 20 lunges. 4 station 20 burpees. I was really hoping for a little Mary to finish things out, but we literally finished round 3 at exactly time! Never Q’ed a workout that ended that timely, probably never will!
