Tha Thang: Grabbed a coupon and made our way to the bus lanes where we found The Board of the Routine. Essentially a run and then a movement. The run was a “figure-8” around the 2 retention ponds. Movements were: BBS x25; Man-makers x15-25 (25 was too ambitious so we modified the count [sorry Tiny Tat]); Curls x25; Tri-extensions x25; Supermans x25. Total distance varied between 2.5 and 4.2 miles.
