VQ for TimeSlot and although clunky I think everyone got a good sweat. Started with a mosey around the blacktop then to a circle. Warm-ups included 20 side-straddle hops in cadence, Michael Phelps, 20 Captain Morgan’s in cadence and then 20 Mike Tyson’s. We then all grabbed coupons and went back to circle to do some strength training. 20 skull crushers in a 3-count per person and the others held out coupon and then switching to over head and dropping them to a back stretch. 2 more excuses with coupons for bi’s, chest and back. We then kept our coupons and Indian run around lot while QIC shouted to lift coupons overheads at various parts of run. We then did Frisbear a little different as once the disk hit the ground the QIC would call different exercises to get back to disk including bear crawls, crabs, lunges. Next was alternating wall sits then balls-to-the-walls at 1-minute each, 2 reps. Finally was Balboas and a Merkin when Q called down. A spring to a distant light pole and back to the flag for planks while we waited for 6 and Q to get his equipment.
