A focus on the legs…for this wonderful Hump Day Beat Down.
Started off with a short mozy and warmup including SSH, weed pickers, sun gods and Michael Phelps. Then we got the fun started.
Four different stations at each corner of the stairs. Round 1 started with 5 reps at each station, extremely easy! Each round increased by 5 reps and by round 4, everybody was enjoying the jump squats after running (or walking) up the stairs. Finished in the COT, Autobahn was the six and shared, prayers, and coffee.
