NesQuick was a true HIM staying back with Mouth-2-Mouth and got in some kettlebell work along with about 1 mile of carrying the kettlebell
COT: Prayers for NesQuick’s parents, Gutchecks upcoming trip with his son, YHC’s daughter who lost her grandfather and grandmother within two weeks of each other, and YHC’s stepdaughter who lost her father on Jan 2nd.
