Mosey to bottom of hill. Five Merkins, Run up the hill to third light post, Five Dips, Run down the hill. Repeato five times.
The Thang 2
Partner up. P1 Walks with Ruck. P2 does exercises then runs to catch P1 and then flapjack. The partners complete the assigned reps for each exercise and five sets each before moving to the next exercise.
