Mall Cop was wearing a brand new, nondescript, very generic sweat band and everyone kept asking if it was a Weinke. it clearly says NOT A WEINKE but nobody believed me.
Mosey to the bottom of the hill at Bascomb and a quick warmup

Easy to complete beatdown.
10 reps of each exercise at the bottom, run to top WITH sandbag and 10 more. rinse repeat until 50 reps

After the curls we did Q Grab. YHC had a Q sheet full of blank holes and PAX did holding overhead press while one by one PAX signed up for a Q. No fun, but filled up the sheet.

COT with Groot as 6 who opened up with what he’d been struggling with and how he’s back for good. Mall Cop had to jet and Tinfoil took over.
