‘The Scoop’ is a One Scoop knock-off of The Murph. 300 Copperhead Squats, 200 4 count Flutter Kicks, and 100 Copperhead Merkins and around 2.5 miles of Mosey. The Chatterbox never fails to be a great mix of sweat and mumble-chatter fun. Double Dribble (Vanilli 2.0), who never dribbles BTW, joined the F3 family and is a heck of an athlete. Better late than never.
