Mosey around the perimeter of the clinic to establish the track path. Warm-0-rama with Side straddle hops, Weed pickers and Windmills, then moved to the front of the stage where we would begin a dora style routine.
Each PAX member would pair up. While one runs the perimeter the other would perform the first exercise. They would do each one twice then move to the next exercise. No counting to promote chatter and focus on form. Throughout the routine anyone can call a Blue light special, light up the Blue strobe light and the PAX has to stop and complete 5 Burpees.

15 – Table top LBC
15 (Kodiak) – Leg extended LBC
15 (Single count) – Legs up and reaching for opposite foot LBC
15 (Kodiak) – Crossing opposite foot to opposite knee LBC
15 (Kodiak) – Legs stacked to each side LBC
15 (Single Count) – Freddie Mercury
