WARMUP: The usual
THE THANG: Worked out in the field today.

Started with some 4th trivia and these pax answered 3 of 5 correct (I expected better from these guys!). We deducted from the start of 10 reps which meant 7. Started at the fence with 1 merkin and ran to the top of the hill for 1 merkin. Ran back to the fence then did 2 merkins. This repeated until we got to 7.

Next, we did some 1776’s across the field and back. The sequence was (1) Burpee (7) Lunges (7) Broadjumps (6) Merkins

Next we did stars vs strips. Pax paired up. This was 13 reps vs 50. Loser ran to the top of the hill and back. First was Burpees vs. LBC’s. Then Bonnie Blairs vs Mountain Climbers.

Lastly, we did more trivia and pax got all three correct. These resulted in 30 total burpee between partners. Pax 1 laid on stomach and Pax 2 did a burpee and jump over pax for next burpee going back and forth. Pax switch every 5 burpees.

Billy Bob Cheesesteak was a little rowdy and made us all a little uncomfortable. Hopefully he doesn’t come back 😉
