WARMUP: Mozy around, SSH, weedpickers, windmill, toy soldiers, copperhead squats and merkins, sun gods, and Phelps.
THE THANG: First off, we raised the 1000k diapers, so Glamour Shots being a man of his word, completed the BD in a diaper and baby bonnet. Words cannot describe what we all saw.

Moving on, PAX started on the other side of the stage. Army crawl to the stage-10 merkins, army crawl back then completed 6 exercise starting with a letter from Snow Whites baby to be (Sloane) Side Straddle Hop, Lunges, Overhead press, American Hammers, Narrow squat, E2K – 10 reps each. Next round bear crawl -10merkins-bear crawl, exercises 15 reps, Next duck walk-10merkins-bear crawl-exercises 20 reps. Next walk-10merkins-walk-exercises 25reps. Last sprint-10merkins-sprint-exercises 30 reps.

Once all PAX was done. Split into two teams for relay race. First PAX from each team sprints to the other side and sprints back, does 3 burpees (Snow White’s 3rd kid), then next PAX goes. PAX not going is doing a wall sit until it’s their turn.
