WARMUP: Five Core Principles – warm up on the ruck –
THE THANG: Mosey with pavers, head lamps and rucks to out and back course on Cross Country Trail.  Next did 70 reps of 4 exercises Tabata style with 1 pax exercise while the other did an overhead ruck press until exercise combined totaled 70, then 200 or 400 yard run. About 4 of 12 sets were completed and then headed to flag.
