Started from Canyons and headed North on Main to Left on Ridgewalk Pkwy for 1.2 Miles to bottom of Mt Killa-Mylung Hill for some stretching. 7 kodiac count butt kicks, 5 tumble weeds both sides, 5 runner lunge stretches, 10 lateral stretches 2 count, and 10 soldier kicks 5 both legs.
Let the 1 Mile Training Session Begin:
– Sprint up Mt Killa-My Lung Hill and down loop for recovery to repeat 2nd sprint up MKML Hill for 2nd repeat interval.
– Proceed and lineup in WCC parking lot to begin 5 long strides across the parking lot with recovery jobless between each stride with the longest being the 5th one which took us to Ridge Trail.
Begin 2+ Mile return run on Ridge Trail to Left on Ropemill Road back to Canyons to finish.
