Route 66 with Restrictor Plates ( Coupons )
Cones place in a “loop” ( Approx 1/3 mile per loop ).
Run first cone do 1 rep, 2nd cone 2 reps…. 11th cone 11 reps — 66 total per exercise.
Must carry coupon with you thru out. Encouraged method of travel is rifle carry if possible

O – Outlaws holding block
R – Rock A Bye Baby
S – Squats with Block
First lap turned into a walk. Q modified and re iterated it was a run from cone to cone
After 3 rd lap due to time modified to leaving coupons behind and running…
With little time left Indian Run to top of hill and sprint to the flag
