WARMUP: Imp. walkers, squat stand rise, merkins, squats, arm circles, phelps.
THE THANG: Potato relay- 2 teams- pax in line waiting to go did different exercises such as gas pumps, chest press, hi knee raise squats, KB swings, etc. Front Pax in line Bear Crawled wearing ruck- we are Broadway- down the parking lot to a bucket of POTATOS and retrieved one. Carrying the newly acquired tuber and their ruck overhead in a rifle carry as they bernied back to the lined up pax and joined the end of the line. Many Pax carried their POTATOS in a creative manner. After the entire line cycled through the Potato relay. All Pax secured their rucks and did a hike across TLP and along Noonday creek and back to the Flag. *** Crossing a busy roadway with a group of Pax should be done with extreme caution. *** More caution will be applied in the future.
