WARMUP: run to vanilli’s and perform warmarama

THE THANG:
1.partner block work: 1 runs to do 3 pull ups or 3 burpees and the other does man makers, curls, chest press, bent over rows, OH press (2 rounds each)
2. Pavilion to do 3×25 of dips and calf raises
3. Pax get the blocks and do 8 rounds of 10 walking lunges, 10 merkins, 10 squats
4. Ultimate bball:
Team 1 was stacked with young talent(grimace/Lexi) and basketball skilled Vanilli along with Bagger (the enforcer), Narco (the weak link) and stinky Pete (sneaky defender). They were the clear favorites (Money Line was Team 1 -1000).
Team 2 was limited by old age, bad knees, and injured ankles but was a scrappy bunch. After much discussion regarding rules, the score, a couple of invisible fouls called by Vanilli, and a flagrant 2 on bagger Team 1 overcame Narco’s shitty passing and terrible shooting to squeak out a victory.
