THE THANG:

Part 1.   11’s on the benches after a short mosey.   Derkins and box jumps. Mosey to the Stairs.  
Part 2.  Partner Core work.   One partner took a lap on the stairs (21 according to Pan) while the other partner worked to finish 1200 ab/core moves.  Partners alternated to finish 200 each of:

American Hammers
LBCs
Flutter kicks
Reverse Crunches (real thing)
Plank Jacks
