well as the title explains it was a classic lafleur beatdown with 90% legs and 10% everything else we started with a mosey down and around the hill and then planked on the six when they finally got there we started with copperhead squats, weedpickers,  and then we did our sun hods and michael phelpses then for the real beatdown it was 300 snow boarders, 500 lunges, 200 squats, 400, big boys, 300 box jumps, 300 split squats 300 mike tysons and 250 crunchy frogs. at around 6:00 we moseyed down to the basketball courts to race suicides and then we moseyed back to the flag and had a C.O.T and that led to the end. gotta save that one…
