Warm-Up

Run to the Kroger parking lot and circle up for some IC SSH, Weed Pickers, & Imperial Walkers

The Thang

  The premise was pretty simple.  Run to the end of the parking aisle, come back do exercises, adding the next set of exercises to the previous.  For each round of running, go to the following end of parking spaces.  Keep doing this until you make it all the way across the parking lot.  10 stations in total.  By the end of this, the following list would be your total set of exercises:

  1. 5 burpees
  2. 10 jump squats
  3. 15 mnt climbers
  4. 20 merkins
  5. 25 big boy sit-ups
  6. 30 squats
  7. 35 2-count flutter kicks
  8. 40 LBC
  9. 45 monkey humpers
  10. 50 air press

Prayers for Jack (Hombre’s son).  It’s easy for us to overlook the strong need for prayers for this young man do to the lack of physical scars, but this young man has gone through and seen a lot in the past few weeks.  Lift him up when you have a moment today
